Eyo it's finally time for the first project! After 5 weeks of exercises, we're finally putting our acquired skills to use. We're doing mock up which is combining two elements that don't belong with each other to make a hybrid thingy. 

I just went simple and decided to make a hammerhead shark with a hammer's head as its head, so it's a hammer-headed hammerhead shark. 

This is my sketch for my Hammer-headed Hammerhead Shark

These were the images I used to produce my simple masterpiece:

At first I did think of photoshopping a shark that was posing like in my big sketch, but I gave up pretty easily and just went with the top view of he shark because that's so much easier ;;;;; It would be easier to animate too.

K so we gonn get rid of the hammer's body and the human's hand cuz we only need the hammer's head. Then we gonn copy paste the hammer's head onto the hammerhead shark's image and place it onto the shark's head to replace it wth an actual hammer's head. 

I had to make some adjustments on the head because the hammer was quite thin compared to the shark's head, so I had to use the brush tool to cover up the shark's head beneath the hammer. Yo it wasn't easy to cover it up because the background had gradient colour from dark to light blue, but I managed because I work hard :) 

And this is the result:

Minimalistic is my middle name so everything I do turns out to look simple :^)

K so for the animation, I wanna make it seem as if the shark is swimming (albeit rigidly) in the water, so immana move its tail and head.
